Our Truganina Central store is now on the lookout for a passionate and enthusiastic Café All Rounder to join our friendly and energetic team

Position: Café All Rounder

Employment Type: Casual

Location: Truganina Central Shopping Centre

Availability Required: Mornings - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member who thrives in a fast-paced café environment. You'll be an all-rounder, confidently supporting the day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Serving customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Taking cake orders and assisting with general front-of-house duties
- Making coffee and other beverages (barista experience highly regarded)
- Maintaining store cleanliness and food safety standards
- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
- Assisting the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong initiative
- Basic cash handling and POS knowledge
- Flexibility and reliability, especially on weekday mornings
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous café or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- Barista skills are a bonus
