This position is responsible for managing the full student lifecycle within the Wilson Medic One Training Department.
This role provides sales support, fosters student engagement, and ensures seamless liaison from first enquiry through to course completion and post-course follow-up.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales & Student Conversion (Priority Area) Manage the student pipeline, ensuring timely and effective follow-up of all leads.
Convert prospective leads into confirmed enrolments, supporting the student journey from first contact to registration.
Partner with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
Monitor conversion ratios and identify opportunities to boost enrolments.
Engage with prospective students, addressing enquiries and facilitating enrolments.
Achieve enrolment targets to maintain course capacity and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate student and enrolment records in Axcelerate.
Key Sales KPIs Meet target enrolment numbers per intake/quarter.
Maintain strong lead-to-enrolment conversion rates.
Ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries.
Provide feedback to improve marketing outcomes.
Student Relations & Customer Service Manage student engagement from enquiry through to enrolment, study support, placement coordination, and course completion.
Collect and analyse feedback to enhance the student experience.
Conduct post-course follow-ups to encourage repeat enrolments.
Administration & Operational Support Accurately process enrolments and prepare course resources and materials.
Use Axcelerate to schedule courses, monitor numbers, and maintain website listings.
Manage invoicing, payments, and reconciliations in line with processes.
Coordinate trainers, logistics, and equipment requirements for courses.
Manage shared inbox enquiries, ensuring timely responses or redirection.
Process invoices, allocate payments, and issue certificates in compliance with ASQA standards.
ABOUT YOU: Knowledge, Skills and Experience Proven experience in sales or student liaison, ideally within education, training, or healthcare.
Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively with students, trainers, and marketing teams.
Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking ability.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and convert prospective students.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach.
Proficient with technology and online systems; experience with Axcelerate highly regarded.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to create reports, manage data, and track KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full student lifecycle, from enquiry to enrolment, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications Training or certifications in sales, customer service, or student administration will be highly regarded.
