Are you passionate about creating extraordinary dining experiences? House Made Hospitality is thrilled to introduce Martinez, a French Riviera-inspired fine dining restaurant nestled into Circular Quay, it will be a colourful leisurely refuge from the corporate tower it's positioned in and we're searching for talented & passionate individuals to join our team

**Positions Available**:

- **Bartenders**: Create & serve cocktails and beverages that delight our guests while providing exceptional service & guest experience.

**About Martinez**:
**The Terrace Bar** will function as a high volume but high quality fresh seasonal cocktail bar, with a view of the Harbour Bridge.

**The Restaurant **is a 75pax modern French dining room with signature table side cocktail service.

**The Bar **is a small but created to dispense drinks for the restaurant, but also have its own special little rituals.
