Our Crown Resorts Reservations department is the central point of contact for hotel accommodation enquiries for our seven properties located in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney

**What you need**:

- Previous experience in hotels, reservations, call centre or administration
- Polished and clear communication skills
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Opera and Synxis highly desirable
- Availability to commit to a 7 day rotational roster between the hours of 7am to midnight
