We partner with clients to transform their brands through digital strategy, design, and storytelling.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Coordinator, starting with 10–12 hrs/week with the opportunity to grow into full-time as SheDev expands.
Work is a mix of remote and occasional office meetings/check-ins.The Coordinator role is offered on a contractor basis and is ideal for someone who is confident in social media content creation, editing, and reporting, and who is excited to grow into more responsibility over time.
You'll be focused on execution — creating content, scheduling, monitoring platforms, and pulling analytics reports — while working under the guidance of SheDev's Creative Director & Lead Strategist.Day-to-day tasks include:
• Editing and creating short-form content for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, carousels, stories)
• Scheduling and publishing posts across IG, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Monitoring accounts for engagement and community interaction
• Tracking and reporting on performance (basic analytics)
• Collaborating with the Creative Director to align with broader marketing strategiesQualifications / Skills
• Proven skills in social media editing & content creation (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools)
• Understanding of analytics and ability to report insights in plain language
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Awareness of platform trends and digital best practices
• Degree in Marketing/Communications a plus but not required — experience and results matter mostWhat We Offer
