Based at Adelaide Airport Outlet, this is your chance to take the reins of a strong-performing store with a focus on people and performance.

You'll bring energy, leadership, KPI focus, and visual merchandising know-how, to drive results and inspire your team.

As the **Store Manager**, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. This role is set in a high energy environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

- Management experience.
- A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
- The ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
- Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
