**Production Manager NSW**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You are accountable for compliance with safety, health, environmental, quality and relevant industry (eg. Food, Healthcare) standards
- Accountable for the identification, planning and execution of reliability, efficiency and productivity improvements
- Accountable for cost control of the on-site operations within the area and overall budget compliance
- You are responsible for the development of people capability within the area
- Lead planning and oversee the execution of value capture through power steering to meet productivity objectives
- Accountable for meeting contractual and supply commitments
- Collaborate effectively with peers, customers, and other RSP business managers
- You will actively demonstrate our Values of Safety, Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion and Community
- Responsible for delivery of the Remote Operations Centre (ROC) in plant operations including shutdown and restart

**What makes you great**
- You must have 5 years' experience and demonstrable exposure to process plant operations and site-based activity or equivalent
- You should have overall knowledge of plant process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems
- Proven people leadership capabilities and associated operational cost ownership
- Strong communication
- Effective strategic decision-making capabilities
