Job Title
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of design verification and validation.
Lead a skilled team that upholds our position as a leader in implantable hearing solutions.
Develop and implement a strategic approach to leverage internal and external resources, providing efficient and effective verification and validation services aligned with our R&D strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and allocate resources effectively across the organization.
Drive the development of the verification and validation discipline, fostering process improvements and automation. You will empower your team to utilize effective tools and adhere to established processes.
Provide technical guidance and lead the decision-making process, identifying opportunities to introduce cutting-edge technologies, foster product innovation, and drive development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have:
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification design and development experience.
Good understanding of product design and verification and validation, as well as demonstrated experience leading verification and validation departments.
Experience with simultaneously managing an internal engineering or verification team and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to identify, select, and manage external partners resulting in increased business performance and continual improvement over time, and to take action when required.
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple internal and external stakeholders who may have divergent interests, to achieve a solution that satisfies all and is optimal for the business.
Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, lead, and manage a technical team to develop team capability and deliver the required business outcomes while achieving positive stakeholder feedback.
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, prioritize, develop, and execute engineering and process improvement activities and achieve great outcomes and positive team morale.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
