The Operations Assistant (Warehousing) is an integral role responsible for facilitating the flow of stock into the warehouse from suppliers and then out to customers in the most efficient manner possible, while complying with all relevant policies and procedures pertaining to safety, quality assurance and reporting. The following competencies are required for this position:

- Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Need to be able to liaise and work efficiently with all members of staff from Warehousing to Senior Management
- Must be able to manage on an ongoing basis multiple tasks with competing priority and deadlines and ensure all targets and deadlines are met as required
- Must be able to plan and organise efficiently to ensure completion of all tasks in a timely manner both personally and of all direct reports and associated staff
- Have a range of IT skills
- Immediate start
- Be able to attend training as required
- Continually strive to improve processes and procedures within the Warehouse and Quality Assurance spaces of the business
- Ability to take direction, comprehend and follow company policies pertaining to procedures and safety requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role ideal but not required
- Relevant OH&S accreditations preferred

What we look for in Aerospace Warehouse Associates:

- Previous experience in the warehousing and logistics
- Experience in maintaining a safe workspace
- Great attitude and a solid attendance record

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tullamarine, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
