**The Company**
A leading group in the Automotive industry is looking for a talented L1/2 IT Support Analyst to join them to help support their growing staff base
- Day to day duties include;_
- Provide IT Support for 450+ users with a focus on customer service experience
- Ownership of all L1/2 requests
- Application support
- Install and configure IT Hardware and devices
- Conduct ongoing system maintenance and updates
- Basic networking and troubleshooting

**About you**
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- Excellent written and spoken communication with a focus on customer service
- Exposure to Office 365, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Teams, InTune etc.
- Experience with Powershell
- Ability to install and configure IT hardware
- Understanding of and exposure to AWS is not essential but would be advantageous
- Team focused with an approachable personality
