The candidate will play a pivotal role in nVent manufacturing processes, including in-house and field service and support duties.
The role involves ensuring the smooth execution of production orders, meeting business contractual commitments, satisfying stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement while adhering to nVent health, safety, and environmental standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with nVent Electrical & Fastening production work on site and in the fieldEnsure production workflow complies with nVent EH&S guidelinesOversee production assets to ensure equipment is serviced at recommended intervalsEnsure the accuracy and timely completion of work orders with optimal use of resourcesCoordinate production schedules daily and weekly to meet customer requirementsMaintain a clean and safe work environment on siteManage business operations in accordance with quality standardsServe as a point of escalation for problems/issues to ensure prompt resolutionEstablish and maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholdersMonitor expenses and assets to meet goalsMaintain systematic audit trails for accurate inventory in the production cellGenerate manufacturing metrics as requested by managementStrive to improve efficiency and quality through processes and proceduresMaintain and implement ISO-related Quality requirements on siteQualifications and ExperienceAssociate Diploma in Production / Engineering or relevant manufacturing experienceUnderstanding of production methodology and equipment maintenanceRestricted Electrical license preferredSpecial RequirementsNSW Driver's LicenseWe Offer:A dynamic global environment with diverse opportunities to stretch your abilities and make an impactLeading electrical connection and protection solutions that enable safer systems and a more secure worldGlobal brands recognized for quality, reliability, and innovationLearn more at are committed to strengthening communities through philanthropic activities and our nVent in Action matching program.Our core values include innovation, integrity, customer focus, respect, optimism, accountability, and diversity.About UsWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, welcoming applicants regardless of age, race, gender, or other protected characteristics.
