We are always looking for dedicated and passionate professionals in the dermatology field. We want to hear from qualified dermal clinicians, cosmetic nurses, and other related professionals.

**We are looking for Full Time, Monday - Friday.**

**Well-trained Cosmetic Clinic Sales & Administration Superstar.**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at Victorian Dermal Group. We are one of the most progressive cosmetic practices in Melbourne, this is a wonderful opportunity to join our team.

You will be part of an enthusiastic, progressive and highly professional team. We are very proud of our work environment and pride ourselves on having exceptionally well-trained committed and happy staff.

The successful applicant must have the following attributes;
- Cosmetic/Medical/Billing reception experience a must
- Administration experience within the industry
- Friendly & professional telephone manner
- Close attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Commitment to patient care
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Problem solve & thinks laterally
- Thrives well under high pressure
- Impeccable written & verbal skills
- Nookal Experience would be highly regarded but not essential
- Team Player
- Can work autonomously if required
- Attention to detail is highly developed
- Sales skills/upselling to support our clinical team
- Meet KPI's

Your responsibilities will include the following, however not limited to;
- Phone enquiries for skincare and non-surgical procedures
- Bookings/appointments
- Administration support to the clinical team
- Maintaining Stock
- Fulfilling online orders
- Daily clinic set up
- Cleaning Upselling products to support our clinical team
