Burnside State School caters to 410 students from Prep to Year 6, offering early childhood programs and a community playgroup in a supportive and inclusive environment. About the Role
As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
Uphold values-based, ethical leadership.
Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
Set high standards for student and staff performance.
Engage in lifelong learning and professional development.
Nurture positive partnerships with students, teachers, community and stakeholders.
Be future-oriented and strategic.
Understand policies and legislation effecting the department.
Manage department resources to achieve goals.
