- **FACTORY HAND/FORKLIFT DRIVER WANTED FOR FULL TIME POSITION**_

Krost Business Furniture is looking to hire a motivated and experienced factory hand/forklift driver to join our team

Krost was established in 1989 and has been a leader in the office furniture industry ever since, by constantly offering the best service whilst simultaneously providing the highest quality products.

You will have the opportunity to work with a team of skilled Supply Chain experts to improve processes within the warehouse and help with a multitude of tasks within the warehouse.

**Must Have**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Current Australia working rights
- Current driver's license or a reliable source of transport
- Available from 7am to 3:30PM Monday to Friday
- Motivated to bring in existing skills and the growth mindset to develop new ones
- Confidence in working in a fast paced environment
- Forklift / Stacker operation certification.
- Computer skills are essential
- Ability to work extended hours if required

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Loading and unloading of trucks and receiving of deliveries
- Check the deliveries for the correct quantities, thickness and colour against the delivery dockets provided by suppliers
- Strapping of manufactured desktops for Melbourne or any other interstate deliveries
- Assist in our busy warehouse where needed for ad hoc tasks (helping on machines or assembling furniture)
- Strapping of manufactured tops for Melbourne or any other interstate deliveries
- Strapping of any excess raw material that is due for return to suppliers and organised by the Planning team
- Perform quarterly stock takes of all edge tape and disposal of anything surplus to requirements

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to Commute:

- Smithfield, NSW 2164 (required)
