**The Role**:
Our Audio Visual Division delivers projects to our Government, Education and Corporate clients that includes Meeting Room Technology, Presentation Spaces, Classroom Technology, School Halls and Council Chambers.

**Requirements**:
**As an Audio Visual Analyst, here are your responsibilities**:

- Perform device preparation, including firmware updates, software updates and base device configuration.
- Attend site to perform basic installs and support electricians and senior technicians with advanced installs.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues remotely and occasionally attending site when a resolution cannot be met via remote support.
- Keep support cases updated to ensure customers and team members are informed of progress.
- Maintain documentation and configurations for AV technology in field.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AV technology.
- Participate in training to ensure continual upskilling.

- Willingness to travel interstate as needed and work flexible hours occasionally
- A positive and professional attitude

**Considered favourably**:

- Skilled in fault finding and resolving issues with IT equipment and/or audio visual equipment
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom is
- Some experience using configuration, and fault diagnosis tools
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Teams Rooms and Surface Hub deployment
- Familiarity with using CRM and PSA tools
- Experience working with corporate or government clients as part of a managed service provider or IT company
- Experience various AV brands such as Yealink, Biamp, Crestron, Logitech, Samsung and Shure

The role is based at our Head Office in Coburg, VIC, and is a full-time position. All team members are required to have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be entitled to work in Australia.
