As part of the Housekeeping team, you will help us ensure that our luxurious rooms are always at the highest of standards.Your day to day will involve:Attending to guest requestsReporting any maintenance concernsService and cleaning of rooms in line with brand standardsEnsure all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities, towels and linen.Assisting the wider Housekeeping team as neededEnsuring equipment and storerooms are clean and maintainedUsing appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes whilst ensuring safe practices are maintained.What We Need From YouThe ideal candidate will have:Physical ability to work in a manual roleProactive approach to work tasksExperience working in a similar role in a hotel propertyOur guests are with us 24/7 so weekend and public holiday shifts are all part of the job.Active working rights for Australia required for successful candidates.For this role, we are not taking any visa sponsorship applications.What We OfferYou'll be rewarded for your hard work with a range of benefits that supports you throughout your IHG career journeyFree meals on shiftLaundered uniform suppliedDiscounted CBD carparkingPaid birthday leave - hip hip hooray
