We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate **Community** **Personal Carer**to support an elderly client with DVA support, living in Bruce ACT.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing assistance with showering and personal hygiene
- Preparing nutritious meals in accordance with the client's dietary needs
- Prompting medication as per care requirements
- Supporting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and general care assistance
- Assisting with personal care, mobility, and maintaining the client's comfort and dignity

**Requirements**:

- Certificate 111 or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
- Experience in community/home nursing
- Strong skills in medication administration and clinical monitoring
- Experience assisting with ADLs (bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting)
- Compassionate and dependable
- NDIS Workers Screening
- WWCC or WWVP
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Current Police report within 1 year
- Atleast 3 doses of Covid 19 vaccination
- Current flu vaccination Certificate
- 100 Points of identification

**Start Date** : 12 August 2025

Pay: From $39.00 per hour
