Job Title: Asset Data Officer
The role of Asset Data Officer falls under the Capital Works & Asset Management Team within a local health district.
About the Position:
Capture and manage data related to building spaces, infrastructure, plant, and equipment across facilities.
Ensure accurate interpretation and categorization of asset information in accordance with NSW Health and Health Infrastructure Nomenclature guidelines.
Maintain consistent data capture for upload into internal computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake thorough data collection of assets to ensure comprehensive understanding of location, condition, manufacturer, model, serial number, type, criticality, and function.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective data management strategies.
Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in infrastructure, plant, and equipment management.
Proven technical skills in areas such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-related plant and equipment.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, with strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
A current driver's license is essential, with a willingness to travel as required.
