Casual Kitchen Hand Position at Saké Restaurant & Bar in MelbourneJob Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation under the direction of the Head Chef
- Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and stored
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working in a kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
