Specialized has an opening for a Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Planet Cycles in Woolloongabba. This role is a key member of our retail network and balances excellence in retail sales and a passion for brand experience. As the Retail Sales Manager you will partner with all parts of the business to facilitate store based events, education, product launches and brand advocacy. You will oversee the sales floor team and support the Store Manager with day to day management of the store.

**HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**
- You will oversee the day to day operations of the sales team and ensure targets are front of mind
- You love systems such as Lightspeed and enjoy learning new technology and systems
- You enjoy creating a culture that encourages continuous improvement and growth along with a welcoming store environment
- You love chasing a target but can also keep an eye on the day to day expenses of the store
- You ensure that all things admin are taken care of and you have an eye for detail to ensure product and inventory management is best practice
- A well presented store is important to you and you also enjoy educating your team on the latest products as they come to market

**HOW TO APPLY**

**SOME THINGS THAT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE**
- You have 3+ years' experience as a Retail Sales Manager / Sales Lead
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook
- You are a self starter and thrive on meeting deadlines and you like working in a fast paced environment
- You are able to work to a roster which includes Saturday's
- You love to interact with riders and team members
- You are able to lift at least 25kg or more and use proper lifting skills
- Social media experience is an advantage
