Conveniently located in the hustle and bustle of the CBD, we are seeking a Part-Time **Maintenance Technician**in our re-vamped **Ibis Styles Sydney Central.**

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's maintenance including preventative, predictive and reactive works.

**What will you be doing?**

In this role you will help to maintain the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings, using safe working practices, protecting the asset and ensuring it remains a functional, pleasant and safe environment for all customers both internal / external.
**Qualifications** What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience working on the maintenance of hotels, fixed plant or equipment systems.
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance strategies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self motivated person who takes a proactive approach to work and is punctual and reliable.
- Ability to accommodate flexibility with shifts.
- Availability to work a flexible roster including weekend shifts as requested.
