**The Opportunity**

Goal Group is seeking a Project Controller to join our team in Adelaide, working within an integrated mixed military and civilian project team.

In this role, you will lead a small project controls team and project controls function, provide advice and support to Project Managers and other stakeholders; be accountable for ensuring there are adequate project controls governance, assurance and compliance to Defence project controls processes and standards. Reporting as required.

**About you**
- Current/recent experience in the Defence environment or sector in a similar role
- Experience leading a (project controls) team is required
- Experience with, and knowledge of Earned Value Management and scheduling principles in the Defence environment
- Knowledge of Open Plan Professional is highly regarded
