**Forklift Drivers Required for Day & Afternoon Shift**

APG are currently recruiting for Forklift Drivers on the Day & Afternoon shifts for our client based in Somerville, VIC to ensure that the production of raw materials fit for consumption by Pets.

**Working hours: morning shift starting as early as 5am**

**Afternoon shift starting as early as 1pm**

**Pay rate: Day shift $35.87**

**Afternoon shift $40.26**

**Objectives of the Role**
- To produce high grade raw materials for Pet food
- To achieve optimal productivity within the company guidelines
- To follow guidelines
- Have a valid Forklift Licence

**Duties**
- Housekeeping and general cleaning
- Driving Forklifts
- Unloading/Loading trucks
- Ability to lift up to 20kg
- **Being able to work in Strong Smelling Environments**

**Skills**
- Knowledge of Pet food processing industry is a plus
- Have proven work experience operating fork (Counterbalance or High Reach forklift is a plus)
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistic operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed knowledge of products and processes in their direct areas, and general knowledge of products and processes on-site.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of OH&S and Environmental systems in the workplace
