**Who You Are**:
A Strategic Thinker, who thrives on engaging with the customer, driving their business forward and challenging the status quo. You understand public sector and the dynamics of managing technology programs within this environment. You are comfortable leading a specialist vendor team, representing the group across all program and executive levels. This includes aligning the right resources to the task at hand foreseeing and planning around obstacles.

**What You'll Do at Pega**:
- Trusted advisor to the client on all aspects of Pegasystems delivery engagement, leading communication and providing thought leadership so that the best system possible is implemented
- Develop multi-threaded executive relationships across the organization, enabling us to improve outcomes, accelerate value, and uncover new opportunities
- Shape solutions with compelling vision resulting in expansion of our relationship & business value to the customer
- Lead multi-faceted pursuit team across all service lines in close partnership with license account teams & executive leadership
- Develop program solutions/proposals that result in transformation roadmaps and appropriate governance and operating models to ensure rapid and sustained value realization
- Advise on Pegasystems' delivery methodology and how this can be harmonized with a client's methodology; with a thorough understanding of Agile, and Waterfall
- Lead and manage program teams - drive the operating model, provide career growth for our people, create a healthy program culture consistent with the Pega Values, and model great leader qualities
- Drive program operations, overseeing transformative program of work including but not limited to Steer Co, Program Status Reports, Program P&L, people management
**What You've Accomplished**:
- BA/BS Degree (desirable)
- 10+ years of experience in relevant professional services / consulting leadership / advisory roles
- Scrum Certification or other project management certification with the experience to demonstrate delivery success
- Specialization in an industry vertical or a number of verticals, and a thorough understanding of customer strategies, processes, vocabulary, and trends, and design thinking
