**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Location: Kilcoy**

Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a Production Scheduler to deliver effective, collaborative and organisational support to the Production Supervisory team which contributes to compliant and seamless workforce practices which have a direct impact on business outcomes.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the production team with daily staffing to optimize output.
- Prepare both planned and ad hoc reports to guide staffing and management decisions.
- Develop and maintain smooth handover processes between shifts/rosters.
- Minimize disruption to production by coordinating workforce allocation across rosters and departments.
- Ensure clear, professional communication between Production, HR, and employees.

**You will bring with you**:

- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in Kronos operations.
- Background in fast-paced customer service and administrative roles.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, interpersonal communication, time management, empathy, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated interest in further developing within Human Resources.
