**About the role**

Our amazing Next level Gym team are seeking a Fitness Coach / Gym Assistant on a casual basis for our Head Office gym based in Osborne Park. Reporting to the Gym Supervisor, this role will assist the gym team, and clients with a friendly and professional demeanour. This role will include but not be limited to:

- Run fitness classes.
- Coach and provide personal training to MRL employees & family.
- Create, develop, and review training plans and fitness classes.
- Assist in group fundraising events.
- Contribute and identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the facility.

**We're looking for**:

- Current Certificate III and IV Group fitness and personal training.
- Current CPR/ AED/ Provide First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check (highly regarded)
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field - desirable.
- Be able to work as an effective team member working with a diverse group of clients of all levels of fitness and interests.
- Experience in operating a fitness centre.
- Experience in developing individual and group training programs.
- Experience in using fitness centre management software platforms.
