We're looking for an Integrations Partner Manager based in Sydney to help grow and manage our ecosystem of product integration partners across APAC.
Reporting to the Director of Product Hospitality in Paris, you will work with local and global teams to drive partnerships that enhance the Lightspeed platform and deliver value to hospitality merchants.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
With a proactive mindset and resilience to see long-term initiatives through, you're driven to create meaningful impact for both our partners and internal teams.In this role, you'll build strong APAC partnerships aligned with Lightspeed's goals, ensure smooth communication between partners and internal teams, and drive measurable results in revenue, merchant satisfaction, and product adoption.
What you'll be doing: Act as the primary contact for integration partners across APACAlign with partners on strategic goals and ensure product roadmaps support hospitality prioritiesManage relationships with app developers, vendors, and partners building on our platformsCollaborate with product, legal, and commercial teams to structure and negotiate agreementsConduct regular partner touchpoints to share updates and gather feedbackContribute regional insights to global strategy discussionsIdentify and develop new partnership opportunities using industry connections What you need to bring: We're looking for someone with experience in:Partnerships, ideally within POS, payments, hospitality tech, or B2B SaaSWorking with cross-functional teams including legal, product, and commercialFast-growing tech or SaaS companies with a global presenceBuilding and managing strategic partnerships with measurable resultsUnderstanding API integrations and documentationIf you're unsure about your fit, don't hesitate-apply and give it a try
