Our client is an area landmark, multi franchised new car dealership located in Canberra. They have a vacancy for a switched-on, self motivated Workshop Foreman to join their service department team. The dealership offers security of tenure, a friendly working atmosphere, excellent remuneration and career advancement opportunities. The service department trades Monday to Friday only.

Applicants for this position must be fully qualified Mechanics or Technicians, with a solid track record of employment in a franchised car dealership environment. You will have strong diagnostic abilities and be able to assist and mentor less experienced technicians and apprentices. You will be seeking a long term role, be totally reliable and either live locally or be able to commute without difficulty.

Salary will consist of a retainer of $75k ($38 ph) plus super, and bonuses in the $20k to $25k range.
