Leading national independent NFP and 'For Purpose' organisation
- Support and lead workplace EA negotiations
- Part time, daily rate contract for 3 months starting in April

This key contribution will support one of Australia's leading, national, and independent (secular) organisations as it engages and builds a shared beneficial framework for a productive and positive workplace. The role will primarily lead the re-negotiation process for the organisations enterprise agreement which covers approx. 50% of the organisations workforce which plan and deliver programs to the community. The relationship with the 3rd parties is on good terms and the organisations workforce is looking to maintain its focus of services to its national stakeholders. The organisation is also forward thinking and has introduced place-based flexibility across the entire organisation.

This is an engagement that will ideally commence in April and will suit an experienced HR/IR/ER professional with some flexibility on their engement time and is comfortable and adept at communications at all levels including pulling together communications and slide packs for employee engagement and leadership team presentations.
