Reporting into the Facilities Superintendent the Facilities Supervisor will safely maintain Integrated Gas upstream assets, including, well surface facilities, field instrumentation, compression facilities, water treatment facilities and site utilities ensuring equipment is safe, available, and in good condition.

The role is to Supervise our diverse facilities team and promote Origins values and behaviours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that wants to strengthen their leadership skills by developing a strong and healthy culture within the site facilities team.

The Facilities Supervisor is a permanent position on a 14 day on 14 day off roster that will be a site based role.

**More about the role**
- This role is key in developing and implementing safe and reliable condition and agreed operating and maintenance philosophies, technical and quality standards and procedures
- Oversee the daily production impacting activities to ensure efficiencies are gained where possible
- Supervise a team of Multi-Skilled Operators & Apprentice's
- Maintain a high-level focus on safety, environment and reputation
- Work with the 6-week rolling Plan to estimate work scopes that include identifying risk, tools, ordering parts and materials, equipment, and labour needs both internally and externally
- As required SSM responsibilities when delegated from Field/Plant manager
- Collaborate with the site leadership team to develop quality plans that include training and other site-based activities that will affect the site team's ability to deliver the planned activities
- Manage the 7-day schedule review, updates, and progress reporting against agreed metrics / KPI's. Anticipate issues and develop contingencies for completion of works to the agreed plan
- Manage conflicting priorities, the backlog of planned Work Orders, break-in work and the ripple impact on the 7-day schedules. Expedite resources for corrective work where required
- Work with the site leadership team to ensure that the plan has alignment with the production plan and any other production impacting activities
- Identify and lead continuous improvement of operations and maintenance planning systems and practices, and cost saving opportunities
- Mentor the correct use of Identify improvements for equipment BOM's and development of PM requirements for Assets via internal RFC process
- Support campaign maintenance planning team to integrate major works into the plan, and participate in post-campaign lessons learnt activities
- Have an input into monthly /annual budget forecast for planned and unplanned work

**ABOUT YOU**

Operating experience working with Upstream Oil & Gas unit operations - specific experience with CSG Operations, pressure vessels and piping, Centrifugal Compression, TEG Dehydration, Air compression & nitrogen systems, Water Treatment.
