The company:An established Tier 2 builder that focuses on new build & fit-out projects up to $150m in WA.
They build in a variety of sectors such as Government, Health Care, Retail & Education.
The company was founded over 50 years ago and since its inception, has grown year on year.
They require a Site Manager to help deliver a complex education project located North of the River.
Duties
Managing full site setup, logistics, and daily operations
Coordinating and overseeing all trades, subcontractors, and site personnel
Monitoring construction progress to ensure program timelines and quality standards are met
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (OH&S) regulations on site
Leading site meetings and liaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
Reporting to senior management on project progress, risks, and site issues
To be successful in your application you will require the following
Minimum 4+ years local experience as aSite Manageron commercial construction projects
Proven track record managing commercial projects up to $30m in value
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Strong understanding of OH&S regulations and site compliance
Ability to manage teams and subcontractors independently with minimal supervision
