**Marketing and Category Assistant**:
This role is based in our Head Office in St Leonards, which is situated within a 350m walk from St Leonards train station. Our warehouse and product showroom are based in Botany.

We are seeking a Marketing and Category Assistant with a minimum of 2-3 years marketing experience to be proactively involved in broad and changing consumer product ranges, marketing and graphic design activities, and overall day-to-day assistance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and put forth range plans to the marketing manager that are on trend and meet the customers expectations and business growth plans
- Maintain strong supplier relationships, with regular review of service level standards as well as managing the eco-friendly packaging project we are working on
- Assist the graphic designer in ad hoc duties and execute print and digital artworks; including EDMs, web banners, magazine adverts, brochures, and social media content
- Design of product packaging including instructions and rating labels
- Maintain the image library
- Creation and management of product specification and range sheets
- Product photography, Retouching, image frames for 360 views
- Managing of overall packaging, including the status of recyclability/future initiatives and improvements
- Tracking and monitoring of SAA certificates for all products

**Experience Required**:

- Photography and/or video editing skills is a must
- Experience in Category and Range development would be an advantage
- Proficient in graphic design skills and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- The ability to identify new markets trends and implement in a timely manner
- Excellent presentations skills, oral and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in MS Suite
- IT and keyboard skills
- A full NSW vehicle license
