Craigslea State High School provides a caring, safe and disciplined learning environment for Years 7 to 12. Founded in 1975, Craigslea State High School is an independent public school located on approximately 10 hectares. Currently 1000 students enjoy extensive, well maintained facilities as well as the benefits of outdoor sport and recreation in native bushland. Students represent a wide diversity of cultures, characteristic of this global society.The education program offered provides solid grounding for individual interests and aptitudes. About the Role
**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Oversee day to day operations of enrolments and provide enrolment management policy advice.
- Maintain student administration systems for the purposes of reviewing student enrolment data, and producing and distribution statistical data.
- Coordinate enrolment interviews for the Executive Leadership Team, prepare enrolment documentation, and coordinate and assist with enrolment activities for new students.
- Processing of new students enrolments, student departures, organising enrolment interviews, liaising with Executive Team in relation to new enrolments and start up processes.
- Coordination of major school events, including Awards Nights, Parent Teacher Interviews etc.
- Develop, implement and review executive support systems and procedures to ensure that they operate in accordance with departmental requirements and standards.
- Assist Executive Leadership Team with any administrative tasks as delegated by the Principal, Business Manager or other delegate.
About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High-level customer service and ability to work independently.
- Comfort in multi-tasking and prioritising tasks with guidance and also ability to manage high pressure environments.
- Provide a comprehensive range of executive and administrative support services including preparation of accurate and timely reports, correspondence and other documents where necessary.
- Operate autonomously to undertake day to day office procedures within well-defined policies and utilise information and management systems to support effective and efficient reporting and administration.
- Be a dedicated team player that works collaboratively with all team members.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
