**Your new role**
You will be in charge of day-to-day operations and will answer directly to the operations assistant. You will be a dedicated individual with unmatched communication skills who upholds Care Park's high customer service standards. At Royal Melbourne the Parking Services Attendant will collaborate and communicate effectively with everyone to deliver a polished, personable, and hands-on level of service. Ensure that all customers, employees, and contractors receive first-rate customer service. In the event that equipment malfunctions, effective and efficient maintenance will be provided.
**What you'll need to succeed**
*Well-spoken with clear communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds.
*Manual Licence Desirable
**Must be up to date with Covid booster & flu shot, as required of all hospital sites**
**Must be reliable and prepared to work 38 hour work week at multiple hospital sites**
**Professional and hygienic personal presentation
*Energetic, proactive, and confident with high reliability and punctuality
*A dedication to the company's goals and/or mission
*A willingness to assist a team member with their tasks/duties, when necessary
*Ability to resolve conflicts successfully and calmly
*Attention to detail
*Reliability, responsibility, and excellent communication skills
*Demonstrated Ability to Work Independently

**Salary**: $22.00 - $22.47 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
