Previous experience in removals, storage, or logistics industry is preferred but not essential.
What will you be doing?
The Storage Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration and coordination of customer storage accounts. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, smooth move-ins and move-outs, timely invoicing, and compliance with company policies. The Storage Coordinator works closely with operations, sales, and accounts teams to provide excellent customer service and maintain efficient storage facility management.
Part-time up to 25 hours per week, hours to suit successful candidate - full days or part/time days.
Key responsibilities
Process storage bookings, store inspections, and terminations
Maintain accurate customer records in the storage management system
Respond to customer queries regarding storage accounts, invoices, and access
Prepare storage invoicing and follow up on overdue accounts
Ensuring that customers receive a full measure of service
Providing overall assistance to the Administration Manager
Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks
