**Job Description**:
Tomra are excited to be a part of the CDS Vic scheme recently announced in Victoria
Based in Melbourne's West, Tomra are seeking an Operations Manager to join our Victorian team to manage the network in Victoria.
As the primary point of contact for Network related matters, The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the relationship between TOMRA and the Victorian Joint Venture, Scheme Coordinator and State Government.
In addition, the Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Network. This includes, contractor management, contractual obligations to the State Govt and quality of customer experience on site.
Reporting into the Operations Manager are the Victorian Field Service team, and Field Site team.
Other duties include:
- Drive the production of compelling business cases and analysis to support services to our sites and customers
- Develop a comprehensive account management plan with a focus on customer retention
- Oversee contractual compliance regarding delivery of Network Operator obligations, ensuring the business delivers on uptime and KPI requirements
- Ensure that TOMRA operated RVM (Reverse Vending Machines) solutions are operational and meeting our up-time SLA obligations
- Nurture key external stakeholder relationships in order to protect and grow existing business (this may include but is not limited to scheme coordinators, government regulators, joint venture partners, and vendors).
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to optimally manage requests, workload and key resource allocation
- Drive positive financial outcomes by ensuring the commercial and financial viability of the organisation unit
- Manage comprehensive account management plan with a focus on customer retention
**Qualifications**:
- Experience managing a high profile and complex customer base
- Strong stakeholder engagement at an external senior level
- Previous experience working in a senior role within business services
- Confident and proactive in daily operations
- A dynamic leader with a proven ability to motivate and lead a cross functional team to effect change and to meet objectives and goals
- A healthy level of optimism and resilience - to persevere when faced with setbacks or adversity
- Strong financial and commercial skills, understanding of pricing models, budgets and forecasting
- Demonstrable experience delivering strategic insights and recommendations
- Excellent planning and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Personable and able to deal with rapid business change
