**Job Type**: Full-time and Part-time positions available

**About Us**: UMI Izakaya Eastwood is a vibrant Japanese restaurant known for its authentic cuisine and exceptional service. We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to join our team and contribute to our success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation and cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and in proper working condition
- Help with the receiving and storing of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
