Who We AreSmartLynx Australia (formerly Skytrans), an Australian passenger airline and part of Avia Solutions Group, operates 13 regional aircraft specialising in Regular Public Transport (RPT), charter, and ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) services across the Asia-Pacific.
As the Group's first ACMI provider in Australia, SmartLynx Australia is supported by the world's largest ACMI fleet of 221 aircraft and 14,000 aviation professionals worldwide.
Responsibilities Lead and mentor a dispersed team across stores and purchasing.Oversee inventory control and ensure compliance with CASA requirements.Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.Support engineering and maintenance teams with parts forecasting and logistics.Drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and reporting.
Qualifications 3+ years' experience in stores, inventory, or procurement management (aviation highly regarded).
Knowledge of CASA regulations, aviation parts traceability, and procurement standards.Strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.Ability to obtain/hold an ASIC and Dangerous Goods Awareness certification.
