**THE COMPANY**

Ora Banda Mining (ASX: OBM) is a uniquely positioned gold exploration and development company as 100% owner of the Davyhurst Gold Project in the highly productive Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. Davyhurst is located 120 km north-west of Kalgoorlie.

**THE ROLE**
Applications are sought from experienced Light Vehicle Fitters to join the team at Ora Banda.

Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor, the Light Vehicle Fitter is responsible for ensuring that preventative and break down maintenance is carried out on Company light vehicles (LV) and that planned maintenance and operations based activities are followed to meet site operational plans, targets and objectives.

**The responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Ensure that all activities are carried out to the highest standard of safety in accordance with Company policies and workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Repair and maintain all vehicles to a high working standard at all times including log book servicing, tyre fitting and wheel alignment
- Diagnose and report all faults in a timely manner
- Undertake effective time management to ensure all repairs are accomplished within required time frames
- Complete all paperwork and submit within the required time frames
- Ensure accuracy in ordering of required parts
- Maintain professionalism both in personal presentation and conduct at all times
- Maintain a good standard of housekeeping
- Respond to the needs of the operations outside of normal business hours
- Other duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**
To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Trade certificate in Automotive Mechanics or higher
- Minimum of three (3) years post trade diesel or light vehicle mechanic experience
- Must be well versed and have a broad experience on Light Vehicles
- Excellent fault finding skills and the ability to carry out preventative maintenance and breakdown maintenance
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise break down work
- Good customer services skills
- Extra skills, experience, tickets and licenses will be advantageous
- Electrical skills a bonus
- Good computer literacy skills (basic Pronto highly regarded)
- Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers License.
