**Flying Spaghetti Hospitality is currently recruiting for the role of Floor Supervisor, for a stunning venue in Terrey Hills, in a funky, newly fitted out garden setting.**

The venue has being created to exact high standards with an eclectic, Italian inspired offering targeted for locals & the community at large & has been a resounding success.

We now wish to open more shifts & some evenings from Thursday - Sunday.

We are seeking an experienced floor supervisor to support the GM & floor staff & to run services, lead the team, oversee rostering & staff training, but above all have a great strong culture to drive the venue to success.
Reporting to the General Manager your role is to lead the venues floor operations in all aspects of management, and to support department managers & their teams to deliver on service excellence while also meeting business goals.

**As a Floor Supervisor within the venue, you are responsible for but not limited to**:
Assist the team & your managers to collaboratively inspire & create high performing teams & engage with the senior leadership development programs to support continuous development of your own cookery skills & the teams
Assist with services within the venue, not limited to product & events management along with organisation, set up and pack down....

As a driven, passionate & focused individual you will possess the following attributes & skills:

Demonstrated excellence in your management field in a similar role
Proven track record in working within high performing teams
Strong background from busy, multifaceted alike venues
Confident in 'managing up' & influential communicator
Excellent business & financial acumen

**Your accountabilities are as follows**:

- Roster oversite achieving targets & staffing level positivity
- Venue presentation so she looks STUNNING
- Venue organisation across the stable of offerings within the restaurant, all parts of service are under your assisted control
- Driving 'upselling' across food & beverage teams (SOP)
- Systems & processes for a overview of 'we have a systematised way to do everything' & drive accountability
- Follow up WEEKLY with managers & supervisors on their KPI's. REPEAT every week
- Manage weekly wage & revenue forecast v's actuals on a daily basis
- Approving all staff timesheets/payroll prior to COB Sunday
- encourage a healthy relationship between all employees, driving culture at the fore
- Foster a strong, positive relationship with the kitchen leadership & team as a whole
