As such we have a Group Executive Assistant role supporting our enabling functions and we are encouraging applicants who are curious, agile, comfortable with ambiguity and have high integrity to purpose.
- As Group Executive Assistant you will have strong administrative experience with a high sense of urgency and ability to communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Innovative Medicines Leadership Team. This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience, responsibility, and exposure to multiple areas, both locally, regionally and globally.
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Administrative support to 5 IM Leadership team members daily, including coordinate travel, meetings, diary management, and external customer engagements
- Provide briefings to your leaders on critical issues & events across the week ensuring prepared for priority meetings
- Manage pro-active diary management, including field visits, scheduling internal and external meetings, staff lunches and monthly meetings, organization of teleconferences, VCs etc.
- Anticipate needs to ensure efficiencies in day-to-day activities.
- Attend leadership team meetings, take minutes/follow up where necessary

- Commercial and operational/administrative experience to senior executives
- Strong interpersonal skills, networking, influencing and negotiation
- Ability to build rapid relationships with key stakeholders and influencers
- Fast learner with the ability to drive change across the organization
- Team player and proactive 'can do' attitude
- Strong communication skills, conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills
