**The Role**

We have an opportunity for a Retail Assistant who will be responsible for assisting in operating the Uniform Shop. They will be responsible for the provision of a high-quality retail service to all customers. The assistant must promote good clientele and public relations at every opportunity and ensure that the products and services supplied by Sheldon Retail are maintained at a high standard.

Please note this is a Term Time role. 38 Hours per week during Term Time; As required during other busy periods.

Example Roster: 7am - 4pm Mon, Tues, Thurs & 7am -1.45pm Wed and Fri,

**About you**
- Hold a paid Blue Card (Working with Children and Police Clearance).
- A Passion and commitment to the vision and values of Sheldon College.
- Exceptional customer service skills and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management.
- Ability to work as a team member in a 'hands on' manner. Undertaking
- Manual Handling in a safe manner.
- Self-motivated, high initiative and adaptability.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstance and environment

**Preferred experience**
- Relevant retail management experience.
- POS retailing systems and basic computer software skills
