Right at Home is a leading provider of in-home care, supporting people to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes. We are currently seeking **compassionate and reliable Casual On-Call Support Workers** to join our team and assist clients across the community.

**About the Role**:
As a Community Home Care Worker, you'll travel between clients' homes to deliver personalised, person-centred care and support. This role offers flexibility and variety, with services that may scheduled between **6:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide domestic assistance, including light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Offer social support and transport, such as accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or social activities
- Assist with mobility and use of aids, including walking frames and wheelchairs
- Monitor and report on clients' health, wellbeing, and safety
- Participate in remote team meetings and virtual training sessions as required

**What You'll Need**:

- Australian Federal Police Clearance
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Valid Working Rights in Australia
- Reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Smartphone with internet access
