Nestled in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range and only a 75 minute drive from Melbourne, RACV Healesville Country Club provides members and their guests with the perfect Yarra Valley retreat.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, energetic and hardworking Houseperson for our Housekeeping department to help maintain our 4.5 star accommodation rooms and public areas on a permanent part time basis.

**A day in the life**

As a Houseperson, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic and tidy environment throughout the resort. Duties each day will include restocking storerooms, packing lines, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathroom and ensure all public areas are kept clean. Other duties may include cleaning guests' room, cleaning bathrooms, stock control and attend to any maintenance issues.

You'll have interactions with our members and guests, so we're looking someone who can provide excellent customer service and attend to guest needs in a friendly and professional manner.

This position is a casual position role. You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands that will have varied shifts that include evenings, weekends and public holidays.

**We're looking for**
- Previous experience working in a housekeeping department or a commercial cleaning setting is preferred but willing to train.
- A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work.
- Strong attention to detail & solid time management skills.
- You will be able to work independently and be a proactive team member.
- Suitable physical fitness.
- Ability to interact with our members and guests.
- The availability to work across a 7-day roster during the day.
