Shenton park 6008Claremont 6010Fremantle 6160Your role will involve:Providing personal care to promote health and well-being.Medication administration and assistance.Meal preparation, household chores, and other essential tasks.Facilitating social access and leisure activities.Tailoring care plans to meet individual needs and goals.Our 'must-haves':Previous experience in disability or aged care settings.Genuine passion for making a positive impact.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.NDIS Workers Screening Check.Current Australian "C" Class Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.Our 'nice-to-haves':First Aid/CPR certificate.
