We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic administration assistant to work in our Distribution Centre Office supporting TVSN Home Shopping Network within the Warehouse.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this hands-on role is responsible for providing administration support for the Warehouse team.

**THE ROLE**:

- Assisting with day-to-day administrative task within the Distribution Centre
- Ensure prompt processing of inbound and outbound orders
- Maintaining accurate records
- Be the first point of contact with our Merchandise and Contract Centre teams
- Assist, support and liaise with all departments and stakeholders when required
- Other ad-hoc task when required

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
- Previous experience working in a Warehouse Administration role is desirable
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a flexible "can do attitude"
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, etc)
- Great team player with a hunger for learning, growth and development
