**The Opportunity**

The opportunity is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are qualified Tradesperson, interested in a career with MinRes.

**What is required**:

- Demonstrated safety commitment
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's License (Manual)
- Confined Space with Gas Testing
- Working at Heights
- Australian Work Rights
- National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)

**Our expectation of you**:
? 100% commitment to complying with all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures

? To be passionate about a long-term career in mining and to be keen, willing and able to learn a variety of new skills

? A flexible and enthusiastic attitude to work and training

? Capable of working in a busy, hands-on environment with strong time management skills

? If you are seeking FIFO work - Willingness to work in remote mine sites, up to 12 hours a day, various rosters on offer

? The ability to work as part of a successful team with well-rounded communication skills

? Hold a current C class driver's license

? To pass a pre-employment medical examination and ongoing fitness for work assessments (including drug and alcohol testing)
