As a Mine Surveyor, you will provide accurate and reliable survey services to support the safe and efficient operation of our underground mines.
You will work across a variety of tasks from pickups and set-outs to maintaining survey networks and producing statutory plans, collaborating with mine planning, geology, and operations to achieve production targets.This role will see you :Maintain survey control networks and databasesConduct underground pickups, development mark-ups and drill pattern set outsPrepare accurate plans, sections and survey recordsProvide survey support for mine design and planning activitiesEnsure survey equipment and software are maintained and operationalAbout youYou're a detail-focused surveyor who enjoys problem solving and working closely with multiple teams.
You will also have :Diploma or Degree in Surveying (Mining or Engineering Surveying preferred)2–3 years' underground mine surveying experience (preferred)Proficiency in survey instruments, CAD software and mine survey packagesStrong safety commitment and communication skillsWhy Broken Hill & Perilya?
