**About Your Role: Manufacturing Technician**

Join us as a Manufacturing Technician at Thales Defence Mission Systems Domain, the premier provider of mission solutions for naval vessels. This is a full-time permanent role based in Rydalmere.

**YOUR ROLE**

**Located in Rydalmere, on Darug land, your role purpose will be**:

- Perform soldering and integration to IPC standards
- Handle mechanical processing, assembly, and testing
- Prepare technical reports and procedures
- Contribute to HSE improvements
- Drive Lean process improvements
- Accurate record-keeping

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**

**To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and **experience**:

- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Soldering experience will be a bonus
- Competence in oral and written communication.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products.
- LEAN or other continuous improvement will be highly desired
- Structured problem solving skills
