**The opportunity**

We are seeking a People and Culture superstar to join the Huon team. Based at our main processing facility just outside of Devonport you will play a key role in supporting our processing operations on a national scale.

The role just like our processing environment, is varied and fast paced with a focus on continuous process improvement. You will provide support to leaders and employees across our two processing facilities in Tasmania and New South Wales, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

**About the role**

As a key member of Huon's People and Culture team, reporting to the P&C Manager, this role will also form part of the production leadership team and is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced people and culture professional who thrives in a fast paced and collaborative team environment. You will:

- Partner with leaders and employees and provide advice, coaching, and management across various employee-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and resource planning;
- Play a key role in EBA negotiations and all industrial related matters;
- Identify key trends and contribute to creating insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance;
- Partner, advise and coach our leaders across the two processing sites, enabling leaders to build a performance culture that supports our values and business objectives; and
- Role model our values in every interaction.
